This service includes twilight exterior photography; and generates 2 finished images. Subject to weather, we will make every effort – including a return trip as necessary. This requires a dusk appointment to capture the photos during sunset.

Virtual Twilight

Golden hour is just that — an hour. No matter the time of day, we have the ability to create that quality "hero shot" of the exterior. Turn that photo from 2PM to a beautiful twilight as the sun sets (or rises). This will generate up to 2 images for the property, helping it stand out on the MLS from those harsh afternoon thumbnails.

Virtual Staging

Make an empty property feel like home. We still provide you the quality images of the empty room, but add-on virtually staged furnishings. We go the extra mile and improve texture and lighting to keep the natural look of virtually staged rooms. These images are provided in addition to the selected package.

Drone Photography

This service includes exterior drone coverage; and generates 3-5 images. This add-on can showcase the property and/or surrounding community. These photos are added to the total image count of the original package.

Advanced Retouching

This service applies when the client requests specific advanced retouching, including removal of cars, objects, brown grass, or major blemishes. We will supply an estimate before beginning work. Any post processing that requires less than 1 hour of work will not require any additional cost.

This service will create a 60 second video showcase of the listing. The client can choose if the final product is in vertical or horizontal format. The video showcase will include a drone introduction with animated title, an optional voiceover with client-on-camera, and background music. Before the final product is released, the client will be provided a watermarked preview of the video where the client can suggest minor changes.
